The Exchange Sessions

The space will be available seven days a week, subject to availability. However, bookings will generally not be accepted on Friday and Saturday evenings due to existing hotel entertainment programming. Each enquiry will be reviewed individually, and availability will be discussed directly with the organiser.  

The spaces available will depend on availability along with the nature and requirements of the event. Suitable spaces may include The Vault, The Exchange bar area, or other available areas within the venue.

All booking requests will be reviewed by the hotel team. Approval will be based on availability and suitability of the proposed event, ensuring alignment with the NYX Hotel brand and operational requirements.  

Yes. Organisers may charge for tickets where appropriate. However, all events must be approved by the hotel in advance.  For events taking place in public areas such as the bar, hotel guests and restaurant/bar patrons will be able to attend free of charge. Events hosted in private spaces such as The Vault may operate on a ticketed basis, subject to agreement during the booking process.  

Yes. Organisers may sell artwork, merchandise or other products as part of their event, subject to prior agreement with the hotel.
